The fact is that Row v Wade DID find that numerous US constitutional amendments might be violated with abortion restrictions. These powers ARE delegated to the US.
And currently the Constitution only applies to the living. That is why we need to expressly declare a fetus a person. Romantic musings such as "the beating of a heart" doesn't cut it.
Revival of the so called "human life" amendments is the only honest way to achieve your goals and would put an end to the story. The draconian goal of restricting rights to women would be achieved.
