Maybe a few jerks ruined it for the rest of us. Maybe death threats. Just a guess. I'm not a youtuber so I'm not affected. Comment sections of just about any media outlet is nothing more than a troll farm. It's brutal, even for me. The "No Dissent Tolerated" comment is a tad melodramatic at best. A lie at worst.

I don't think my "pissing and moaning" reaches the level of "dissent". That includes with Trump. I also don't view trolls who post in comments sections as "dissenters" Policy changes that affect our lives will be so minimal that we will need someone to tell us how oppressed we are. Especially right now since Biden hasn't done a damn thing of consequence, that we know of.
