Obviously there is more than one kind of voter fraud, and obviously mail-in votes is open to even more fraud as Tucker Carlson pointed out with 'harvesting'.

Massive mail-in balloting would need more fraud preventive measures for sure. That doesn't mean that it isn't the right thing to do.
