I'm trying to figure out why they aren't marching South to Bernie's Socialist Paradise, Venezuela. Besides, it's closer.

I don't watch Fox news so I wouldn't know about that. What common sense tells me is that this is not an organic or spontaneous event.

I guess it would be silly to think that people would want to leave the most violent place on earth and raise their families in relative peace without prodding. And there is nothing illegal to seeking asylum.

I will admit to my ignorance about Central American countries and their problems, but my point, regardless, remains the same: These 7,000+ people did not wake up one morning with the exact same thought on their mind. This is not a spontaneous event and some organization is behind this, just like the invasion Europe is facing.

Even though 7,000 is astronomically insignificant, I have no doubt there was organization. But I think the dire situation in Honduras was the impetus. I don't see how the Dems can possibly benefit politically.

If anything it might be a manufactured crisis from the right. Send down the military ?? Really ??

I'll admit that we need to get a handle on the borders. But immigration is not, by any rational thinking , a crisis. It barely rises to the level of being an issue.

Yep, that's what the Europeans said. Now Sweden is the rape capital of the world, there are 'no-go zones', their culture is being threatened and they are losing control of their neighborhoods and cities.
