I figured it was the name of "Obama" that is still terrorizing the WisGOP and supporters.

Of all the rampant cronyism and political favors returned when assigning dept heads. The Palm appointment would not be one of them. Palm by all honest accounts is an expert in the field of health and social service.

Of course she uses numbers and formed policies. But the policies here or based on CDC instructions and best practices. She didn't dream them up.
